Archive or delete a campaign

To be more efficient in managing your campaigns, you have the option to archive or delete your old campaigns.

What is the difference between deleting and archiving?

  • Archiving a campaign: for campaigns that have collected valid responses.

Once archived, the responses will remain accessible in the analysis, and the content of the questionnaire will be available. Archived campaigns will appear at the end of your lists. People accessing an archived campaign will be informed that the questionnaire is no longer available.

To customize this content and modify the "Inactive" supplementary content, you can refer to our article on this topic: How to modify the supplementary content of my campaigns?

  • Deleting a campaign: for campaigns that have not collected any responses.

Once deleted, a campaign cannot be restored, and its content is no longer operational.

Note: It is not possible to delete a campaign that has already collected feedback (even if it is invalid responses). The only option for these campaigns is to archive them.
