In order to be more efficient in managing your campaigns, you have the option to archive or delete your old campaigns.
What is the difference between deletion and archiving?
-
Archiving a campaign: for campaigns that have collected valid responses.
Once archived, the responses will remain accessible in the analysis and the survey content will still be available. Archived campaigns will appear at the end of your lists. People accessing an archived campaign will be informed that the survey is no longer available.
To customize this content and edit the additional "Inactivity" content, you can check out our article on this topic: How to edit the additional content of my campaigns? -
Deleting a campaign: for campaigns that have not collected any response.
Once deleted, a campaign cannot be restored, and its content is no longer functional.
It is not possible to delete a campaign that has already collected feedback (even if the responses are invalid). The only possible action for these campaigns is therefore to archive them.
Archive or delete a campaign
- Click on "Campaigns" in the left-hand menu to access the list of your campaigns.
- Then click on the "..." button corresponding to the campaign you want to delete or archive (at the end of the row, on the right).
Depending on the devices linked to your campaign, the solution may also offer you to archive or delete the associated deployments.
Restore an archived campaign
To unarchive a campaign, you must:
- Go to the campaign list and select "Archived" to display all archived campaigns:
- Then click on "Unarchive".
A message indicating that the campaign is currently inactive will appear if you try to access a survey from a campaign that has been archived.
