Share and deploy a dashboard

No matter the nature of your dashboard and the analyses you conduct within it, Skeepers allows you to share its content easily to a wide or more restricted audience. First, you must create a dashboard.

In this article, you will discover how to easily configure the sharing of your dashboard to involve different stakeholders within your organization : employees, headquarter managers, clients, partners, or store managers. As the data to be shared can be sensitive or even confidential, we give you the ability to filter the display of data according to your needs.

Accessibility

A dashboard can be shared via URL link or email.

For security reasons, links to access shared dashboards have a default validity period of 365 days.

To start, regardless of the type of dashboard sharing you will set up, the first step is to access your dashboard and click on the button labeled 'Share the dashboard'.

By default, dashboard sharing is always disabled. You must manually enable this feature on each dashboard by clicking the 'Sharing Enabled' button until it turns green.

Share a Dashboard via URL

After clicking on 'Via Url', you will have access to the URL dashboard sharing settings. Discover our detailed procedure in this article.

A dashboard can be shared by URL to specific email addresses, or to users or recipients previously created on the account. We detail the creation of access in our dedicated article.

In the case of a large-scale private dashboard sharing to a target audience of users or recipients, we recommend testing different profiles and filters in advance with the creation of "test" access (learn more about creating users and recipients). By authenticating on these "test" accesses, you can confirm that the data display is appropriate : matching the dashboard filters with the user/recipient properties.

Share a Dashboard via Email

After clicking on 'Via Email', you will have access to existing distributions already configured for this dashboard. You can then configure an email dashboard sharing. Discover our detailed procedure in this article.

Access a Shared Dashboard

Whether sent via URL link or Email, it is important to always access a shared dashboard in private browsing mode and with browser extensions disabled. This avoids authentication conflicts with the platform.

Each link is unique and it is not possible to access a shared dashboard with the generic back-office Skeepers Feedback Management access link ("https://room.myfeelback.com/backend/home/"), you must use the unique shared link provided.

In case of access to the platform via an incorrect link, you will see this error message :

However, if the shared dashboard link has expired, the following message will appear, and you will need to request a new link from the person in charge of dashboard sharing within your organization :
