Webhook error monitoring is now easier thanks to improved visibility and new available actions. In this article, we show you how to quickly access and fix Webhook errors.
Quick access to Webhook errors
You can now easily identify Webhooks with errors directly from the list view. No need to open each Webhook individually to check its status.
On the Webhooks page, you'll see the number of errors per Webhook. Click on
Edit.
- Once you've selected a Webhook to edit, a new "Errors" tab will be available.
- The "Errors" tab provides key information and several available actions:
| Function | Description |
|---|---|
| Retry an individual request by clicking the Retry button next to the error. |
| Retry all detected errors in one click using the Retry all button. |
| View details of each error using the Details button. |
- You can view detailed error messages in a dedicated text area.
After updating the Webhook parameters, relaunch an execution to check if the issue is resolved.
Best practices
- Regularly monitor the error column in the main list (while waiting for V2, which will include email notifications).
- Use bulk retries to quickly fix widespread issues.
