Connection issue, untranslated interface, or a 404 Error? Don’t worry, here are the steps to quickly fix it.
Connection issues
Go to the Skeepers Academy and log in. If you encounter a connection issue, click on Reset password :
You will then receive an email allowing you to create a new password and log in.
Untranslated interface
If you want to translate the Skeepers Academy interface, you must accept cookies by clicking on Got it!
You will then be able to select the translation language of your choice:
Have you already refused cookies?
You must then clear your browser data in order to empty the caches.
To do this, follow your browser's instructions:
When you return to the page, you will then be able to accept cookies this time and choose your language.
404 Error
Do you see a blank page or a 404 Error when opening the login link from your Skeepers Academy welcome email? We apologize for the inconvenience!

The first option is to log in using private/incognito mode.
To do so, follow your browser’s instructions, then copy and paste this URL: https://academy.skeepers.io/
We recommend accessing Skeepers Academy via this link.
Then click on Forgot password and reset your password using the email received in your inbox.
Then access the Academy again using the same link.
If the previous options did not work, try opening the login link from your email in a different browser.
As a last resort, try opening the page via another internet connection.
