Technical Prerequisites for Using the Skeepers Feedback Management Solution

To ensure an optimal experience with our solution, please make sure your work environment meets the prerequisites below.

Supported Web Browsers

Our solution works exclusively through a web browser. For compatibility, performance, and security reasons, we recommend using the latest stable versions of the following browsers:

Safari browser logo Apple Safari (macOS only)

Not supported:
  • Internet Explorer (all versions)
  • Microsoft Edge (non-Chromium version)
  • Private/Incognito browsing modes (some features may be limited)

Regularly check that your browser is up to date. Automatic updates are enabled by default, but a manual check is always recommended.

Mobile Devices and Tablets

Our solution is optimized for desktop use. For mobile devices, we recommend access via a compatible mobile browser (Safari on iOS, Chrome on Android).

Features may be limited compared to the desktop version.

Best Practices for IT Administrators

  • Ensure that workstations authorize the domains required by our solution
  • Avoid overly restrictive proxies or firewalls that could block API calls or WebSockets
  • Test the solution on a pilot workstation before deploying it on a larger scale
