Create a custom analysis report

A custom report allows you to cross-reference and analyze data from one or several campaigns. This way, you can leverage a common question to compare responses, create your own indicators, and generate visualizations tailored to your needs.

To create a custom report, simply follow 3 main steps: 

Access custom reports

  1. In the left-hand menu, click on Analytics.

  2. In the Reports section, select Custom.

  3. Click on .

  4. Enter the report name, then click on .

Add a page

Your report has been created but is still empty. To start enriching it, add a page by following the steps below:

  1. Click on Add a page.

  2. Choose the layout type you want to display. In our example, we select Chart.

  3. Decide whether you want to: Create a new indicator (as in our example), or Insert an existing indicator from the library.

  4. If you create a new indicator: Give it a name, then click on .

Customize the report

  1. In the right-hand menu, open the Dimension section.
  2. Click on the icon .
  3. Choose the dimension you want to add. In our example, we select the Feedbacks dimension.
  4. Choose the question type linked to the dimension (example: Tag).
  5. Check Select all, then click on .

Your report is ready! You will see a chart displaying the feedbacks associated with the selected tag.
