Thanks to the comparison and variation options, you can go further in interpreting your metrics: compare multiple queries, contrast different populations, or track score changes over time.
Compare results with that of another query
Add another query based on a different statistic, calculation, or filters, and display its results on the same chart.
Add a query based on a different statistic while keeping the same dimensions and filters.
Example: compare the number of responses with the number of visits per month for the same campaign.
Add a query using the same dataset, same statistic, and same dimensions, but with a different set of filters.
Example: compare the satisfaction score for a specific population versus the overall satisfaction score.
Add a query using the same dataset, same metric, and same filters, but with a different calculation.
Example: compare the CSAT score with the NPS score for the same population.
Create your own custom query to explore other combinations of statistics, filters, or calculations, and tailor your comparison to your specific needs.
Calculate a variation
Display the variation for each calculated value, either over a different period or from a custom query.
Display the variation for each value calculated from the previous period.
Example: track the change in response rate from February compared to January.
Display the variation for each value calculated from a custom period.
Example: compare the NPS score from Q2 2025 to Q2 2024.
Display the variation for each value calculated from a custom query.
Example: compare the CSAT score of a specific channel (email) with the overall CSAT score across all channels.
Cross results with another dimension
Display the cross-tab results in a separate chart.
Allows you to add another question to compare or cross results with the initial question.
Select a dimension from those available to analyze results from a different perspective.
