We are migrating to Cloudflare to ensure better protection and greater reliability for our platforms.
Check the embedded URLs
Following this migration, it is important to review the embedded URLs in your web deployments and mobile applications to ensure they correctly point to the new Cloudflare infrastructure. Here are the steps to follow:
- In the left-hand menu, go to
Settings.
- In the "Deployment" section, click "Trigger Tag" to access your domain and installation on your website.

In the tag placement instructions, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the embedded URL. You will see the new URL:
mfb.src = actor.cxr.skeepers.io. From your website, open your console and check that the URL used is correct (actor.cxr.skeepers.io). Update it if needed (replace the following versions: cdnactor.myfeelback.com; actor-5637.kxcdn.com)

If you are using any of the following URLs, they must be replaced on your website with the new URL actor.cxr.skeepers.io :
cdnactor.myfeelback.com
actor-5637.kxcdn.com
- The IP ranges specified in Skeepers must be whitelisted/allowed to enable the connection. If your site uses a Content Security Policy (CSP), allow actorssl-5637.kxcdn.com and *.myfeelback.com and *.skeepers.io in the CSP (see how to proceed).
The URL update must be applied to both active and inactive deployments (in case you plan to reuse them later).
