Unified Response Dashboard: Overseeing UGC Handling and Replies

The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of key indicators related to the processing and response to user-generated content, making it possible to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve customer engagement. It integrates seamlessly into the Feedback Management interface with a familiar design and advanced filters.

The Unified Response Performance dashboard is a new feature available within the Feedback Management platform. It is designed to help customers monitor and optimize their management of user-generated content (UGC) across multiple channels (Verified Reviews, Google Reviews, feedback).
