Share Dashboards by Skeepers access

The sharing mode via Skeepers Access modernizes the way recipients access dashboards shared in Feedback Management.

The goal is to provide a clearer, more relevant, and secure experience through:

  • A dedicated home page for recipients
  • A simplified navigation menu limited to essential items
  • Improved visibility into dashboard sharing status
  • A new platform-based sharing mode: "Via Skeepers Access"
  • Dashboard pins are transformed into personal preferences.

Accessibility

This mode is available only for:

  • Recipients
  • Users without dashboard creation permission

Key behaviors

Only dashboards shared via the "Via Skeepers Access" mode are visible. Display is in a simple table format with the following columns:

  • Distribution Name
  • Dashboard Name
  • Label
  • View button Button
  • A text-only search is available. Accessing a dashboard redirects to the existing dashboard page. If no dashboards have been shared, the following message is displayed:
    "No dashboards have been shared with you."

 

The creators’ home page is not impacted by this change.

 

Configuration

This mode is based on a multi-step process to structure the sharing:

  1. Access the dashboard you want to share
  2. Click on the button Share button Share the dashboard
  3. Select the option Skeepers access icon Via Skeepers Access
  4. Click Edit button or edit an existing distribution
  5. Name your distribution
  6. Select the recipient type:

    An account user / recipient

    An email address

  7. Select the dashboard to share

Your distribution is now created, and the dashboard is shared.

Visibility & User Control

Dashboard sharing status

A new column is available in the dashboard list to display the sharing status (Activated / Deactivated):

It allows users to quickly understand whether a dashboard is shared and control its visibility.

Dashboard Pins

Pins are now personal to each user:

  • They are saved individually
  • Each user manages their own preferences

The existing pin order is preserved. No existing sharing configurations are lost.
