Domain Name Migration - Whitelisting room.cxr.skeepers.io

Skeepers is updating its domain names to enhance stability, security, and performance of its services.
The login URLs for our platform applications are migrating to a single domain: room.cxr.skeepers.io.

Background

The login URLs for our platform applications are migrating to a single domain: room.cxr.skeepers.io. The old URLs (room.myfeelback.com) will be automatically redirected to this new domain.

This migration was initially communicated in November 2025. This article serves as a reminder ahead of the effective implementation of the redirection.

Am I affected?

For the vast majority of clients, the redirection is seamless: current URLs will continue to work and no action is required in your Skeepers account.

However, if your organization enforces network security rules (domain filtering / whitelisting), action on your part is necessary before the switch.

Not sure if your organization applies network filtering? Please check with your IT or security department.

What to do?

  1. Check with your IT/security team whether your organization applies network filtering or domain whitelisting.
  2. If so, add the domain room.cxr.skeepers.io to your list of allowed domains.
  3. Complete this step before July 20, 2026 to prepare for the redirection.
  • Domain to allow: room.cxr.skeepers.io
  • Without this prior authorization, your users may encounter access difficulties to the platform or to saved links once the redirection is active.

Key Dates

  • Before July 20, 2026 — Add the domain room.cxr.skeepers.io to your allowed domains (client action).
  • July 23, 2026 (target date) — Skeepers implements the domain name redirection.

This slight delay of a few days is intentional: it gives you some leeway to complete the whitelisting before the technical switch. The July 23, 2026 date remains a target date and will be confirmed later.
