Track your sms, email, and feedback usage with the my usage dashboard

Monitor your consumption in real time across the three Feedback Management channels (SMS, Email, and Feedback) with the "My Usage" dashboard. A single view, now integrated into the platform standards, to anticipate your billing and manage your volumes.

Whether you manage a single account or multiple client accounts linked to a distributor account, this dashboard provides a clear view of your consumption, with a breakdown by solution when managing multiple child accounts.

Why use this dashboard?

A single access point

Find your consumption across the three Feedback Management channels—SMS, Email, and Feedback—all in one place.

Better billing anticipation

Track your consumed volumes in real time to anticipate costs and adjust your usage if needed.

A consolidated view for multi-site accounts

If you manage multiple client accounts, visualize the consumption breakdown between each of them.

An interface aligned with platform standards

The dashboard is now integrated within the same analytical framework as your other Feedback Management data, for a more coherent experience.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Feedback Management module.
  • User role with standard access rights.

Data is available for a minimum period of 12 months.

View your usage

From the My Usage tab, select a period (customizable, defaulting to the last 12 months) and a product (Feedback, SMS, or Email). Three indicators display the consumed volume:

  • Feedback: collected reviews and surveys.
  • SMS: solicitations sent.
  • Email: solicitations sent.

If you manage multiple client accounts, an additional filter by site allows you to refine your analysis.

The date of the last data update is shown at the top of the dashboard.

Track your usage evolution

A chart displays the evolution of your consumption over the last 12 months, with a curve per channel (Feedback, SMS, Email). This view remains fixed on 12 months, regardless of the period selected in the filters, to provide you with a long-term trend overview.

  • Click the legend to show or hide a curve.
  • Hover over the chart to see details for a month (channel and value).
  • An additional "Partial Data" curve indicates months where data does not cover the entire period (for example, due to synchronization delays).

Analyze distribution by account (multi-site accounts)

If you manage multiple client accounts, a detailed table displays the consumption breakdown by account:

  • Solution name: name of the client account concerned.
  • Consumed volume: total for the selected period and product.
  • % of parent account: share of this account’s volume relative to the total volume.
  • Trend (if applicable): change compared to the previous period.

You can sort this table by name or volume, and export it in CSV or Excel format via the Export button.

This table only appears if you manage multiple client accounts. If you manage only one account, it remains hidden to simplify the interface.

FAQ

Why does the chart always display 12 months, even if I selected a shorter period?

The evolution chart is designed to show a long-term trend and remains fixed on 12 months. The period filters only affect the indicators and the detailed table.

Can I export my data?

Yes, the consumption breakdown table by account has an export button (CSV or Excel). The consumption indicators do not have this option.

What does "Partial Data" mean in the chart?

This refers to months where data does not cover the entire period (for example, a partial month at the start or end of the period, or a synchronization delay). This indicator helps you identify months with incomplete data.

Why don’t I see the site filter?

This filter only appears if you manage multiple client accounts. If you manage only one, it remains hidden to simplify the interface.
