Do you want to create and enrich your Zendesk tickets in real-time, directly from the tool ?
Connect your Zendesk account to Skeepers Feedback Management with our connected application to take full advantage of its enrichment features.

Requirements
- Have the Zendesk connected app set up and activated on your Skeepers account
- Identify the data collected via Skeepers that you want to send to Zendesk to enrich ticket fields
- Associate a segment to your campaign with one of the attributes identifying the respondent in Zendesk (often the email address)
Setup
Once your Zendesk connected app is set up and your data mapping is configured, you can create new post-feedback actions (learn more about post-feedback actions) within your campaigns.
Start by accessing one of the campaigns where you want to send respondent data to Zendesk. Navigate to the "Actions" tab and begin configuring your action.
The key is to configure the "THEN" condition with "Feed an application." Then, simply choose the Zendesk mapping that fits your needs.
In the following example, we have chosen to automatically create a Zendesk ticket when a customer submits the survey page where they are expected to provide their personal information after a delivery issue.
