Do you want to enrich your HubSpot contact records in real-time with feedbacks collected through your surveys ?
Connect your HubSpot account to Skeepers Feedback Management using our connected app to fully leverage its data enrichment features.

Requirements
- Have the HubSpot connected app set up and activated on your Skeepers instance
- Identify the data you want to exchange between the two tools
- Associate a segment to your campaign with one of the attributes identifying the respondent in your HubSpot Contact records (usually the email address)
Setup
Once your HubSpot connected app is set up and your data mapping is configured, you can create new post-feedback actions (learn more about post-feedback actions) within your campaigns.
Start by accessing one of the campaigns where you want to send respondent data to HubSpot. Navigate to the "Actions" tab and begin configuring your action.
The key is to configure the "THEN" condition with "Feed an application." Then, simply choose the HubSpot mapping that fits your needs.
In the following example, we chose to feed HubSpot when a customer provides negative satisfaction feedback in this survey following their an intervention. The customer will then be identified as such in HubSpot.
