Requirements
- Set up and activate the Adobe Campaign Standard connected application on your Skeepers account
- Identify the data you want to exchange between the two tools
- Associate a segment to your campaign with an attribute that identifies respondents in your Adobe Campaign contact records (often the email address)
Setup
Feed an application
Once your Adobe Campaign or Adobe Campaign Standard connected application is set up and your data mapping is configured, you can create new post-feedback actions (learn more about post-feedback actions) within your campaigns.
Start by navigating to one of the campaigns where you want to send respondent data to Adobe Campaign. Go to the "Actions" tab and start setting up your action.
The key is to configure the "THEN" condition with "Feed an application". Then, simply select the Adobe Campaign mapping that suits your needs.
In the following example, we chose to feed Adobe Campaign when a customer provides negative satisfaction feedback in this survey following their an intervention. The customer will then be identified as such in Adobe Campaign.
Subscribe to a service
The "Subscribe to a service" action is also compatible with Adobe Campaign Standard. It allows you to subscribe a respondent to one of your Adobe Campaign newsletters.
To do this, set up a post-feedback action by selecting "Subscribe to a service" in the "THEN" condition.
This will open a new window where you need to specify how to retrieve the respondent's email address : manually by entering it into the displayed field, through an "Email field" type question, or via an email-type attribute. Then, simply choose to subscribe or unsubscribe the desired service.
