Within your campaign, you can organize all your questions as you wish.
This allows you to create a customized survey to collect as many responses as possible.
The organization can be modified at any time (however, be careful not to modify a survey currently being deployed, while participants are responding).
In this article, we’ll see how to move, organize, transform, duplicate, or delete a question.
Move to another page
You can choose between drag and drop or a simple click on the question.
1) By drag and drop
Select your question by clicking on it.
While holding down your click, start moving the selected question.
Drag the question into the desired page in the left column (in this example, page 2). Once the drop zone appears on the target page (outlined with dashed lines), you can drop your question there.
Question 1 has successfully moved from page 1 to page 2.
2) By clicking on the question number
Click on the question you want to move.
In the dropdown menu, choose the page where you’d like to move your question.
Define its position on the destination page (here, before the question “Would you recommend our services to your relatives?”), then validate.
Your question will then take position 1 on page 2.
Move within the same page
You can also move a question within the same page by dragging and dropping it. However, some convenient navigation buttons are available to help.
On each question, when you hover over its number, arrows appear allowing you to move your question up or down.
Click on the up or down arrow to organize the position of your question.
Convert a question into a sub-question
It’s possible to convert a question into a sub-question, and vice versa, using the horizontal navigation arrows.
Example: question → sub-question.
Example: sub-question → question.
Meaning of the icons
The icon highlighted in green below relates to the display conditions of the question.

The following icon is a button to add a sub-question.

To duplicate your question, simply click the “Duplicate” button located in the top right corner of your question.
To delete your question, click directly on the red cross.
Be careful: if you delete a question while your survey is already being deployed, all responses linked to that question will also be deleted from your statistics.
