To make each campaign unique, we offer you the possibility to freely customize the appearance of each of your surveys!
The goal of this article is to help you:
- Choose the look of your campaigns by recreating your brand identity
- Adapt the design according to the type of deployment and the audience participating in the surveys
- Increase response rates with a clear, coherent, and attractive aesthetic

Customizing a deployment's design
- From the Deployment tab, select the deployment you want to customize by clicking directly on its row.

to access the design interface.

The design interface will open:
- A customization menu is displayed on the left.
- A real-time preview of your changes appears on the right.
- You can apply a previously saved design template from your account or apply a specific design.
You can make all the adjustments you want here. Don’t forget to click on .
Available themes
"Choose your theme" allows you to select the theme that best suits your needs.
Theme offering quick yet effective customization. You can:
- Add your logo
- Change the background color
- Customize text and background colors for the following elements: title, questions, buttons, footer
- Change the border color of image lists
This theme offers the same customization options as Simple, plus:
- Ability to change the color of responses
- Different font
- Validation button with distinct design
In addition to the previous customizations, this theme allows you to:
- Add a background image (automatically blurred)
- Set the position of the field labels (question displayed inside the answer field or above)
- Display sub-questions on a separate page
- Add a per-page progress bar to guide respondents
With this theme:
- Sub-questions appear directly under their parent questions
- A per-page progress bar can be added
- The theme complies with ADA standards (accessibility for people with disabilities)
This theme offers an advanced navigation experience:
- Horizontal question scrolling
- Response options distributed in two columns (ideal for long choice lists)
- Background image can be optionally blurred

If you use a theme with a blurred background image, it must be re-uploaded to appear sharp in the Horizon theme.
Specific Design Configuration
Choose your logo
Color palettes are automatically suggested when you upload your logo to adapt your survey to your brand colors.

Colors can be adjusted directly in the color palette or by entering the hexadecimal codes for each element (e.g., #FFFFFF).
Here you can:
- Choose whether to display the Favicon
- Choose the font
- Set the position of form field labels
- Choose to display or hide the progress bar
- Choose to display your questions in bold

Your future surveys will by default use the design defined in your general settings, but now you can customize them as you wish.
