Access to a dashboard

Depending on your needs and user rights, different methods are available to access dashboards on the platform.

Of course, you must first have dashboards created on your organization's Skeepers account.

Access a dashboard via the Analysis category

With the appropriate rights, in the 'Analysis' category of the platform, you can view all existant dashboards on your organization's account.

By pressing the 'Edit' button of a specific dashboard in the list, you can access it with the ability to modify it.

Access a dashboard pinned to the homepage

You can make available easily a dashboard that needs regular monitoring by clicking on 'Pin on homepage' in the list of dashboards on the account.

Once pinned, all users of the account with the 'Dashboard' right can view this dashboard upon logging into the platform. However, it will only be available in read-only mode with the option to export it into PDF format. To modify it, you need to access it via the 'Analysis' category.

Access a dashboard shared via email or URL

It is possible to share a dashboard via URL or via Email.

Access can be granted with or without authentication to the platform, and the dashboard will only be available in read-only mode. It is also possible to filter the data available in this shared dashboard. For more information, please refer to our dedicated article.
