How to set up an alert on an indicator

By scheduling alerts, you delegate and automate the monitoring of your key indicators to Skeepers.

Thanks to our customizable alert technology, you are notified of changes in the indicators that matter most to you.

You can associate an alert with any existing indicator in your Indicators Library.

For example: I will set a trigger level on my NPS score. I would like to receive an email alert if the average NPS falls below 7.

Example of scheduling an alert

Before setting up your alert, you must create the indicator you want to be alerted on (see how to create a new indicator).

Let's take for example an NPS type indicator: we want to be alerted when the NPS score goes below the score of 7.

Go to the Analytics section, then click on “Alerts”. Here, you can view the list of all your alerts and edit, duplicate, or delete them. You can also enable or disable them using the status button .

In our example, we will create a new alert by clicking on the button. To start, give a name, a label and choose the indicator on which your alert will be triggered

All that remains is to set the following parameters:

  • The conditions for triggering the alert
  • The frequency of alerts
  • The content of the alert email

The conditions for triggering the alert

You choose here the value of your threshold as well as a minimum number of responses to be reached before triggering your alert (optional). In our example, we want to trigger the alert when the NPS score is below 7 when a minimum of 100 responses is reached.

You can choose to alert on a single condition or on multiple conditions. In the latter case, if one of them is true then the alert will be triggered.

The frequency of alerts

You program the frequency of your alert as well as the day and time of the first evaluation of the conditions. From this date, if the conditions for triggering your alert are met, you will receive an email at the chosen frequency.

The content of the alert email

Then all you have to do is write your alert email as you would do for a classic email and choose whether or not to attach the value table corresponding to your alert.

Then click on to activate your alert.
