Why is my account suspended ?

Unable to access the Skeepers Feedback Management platform and seeing the error “Your connection has been blacked temporarily - Try again later” ?

We provide solutions for the various error messages you may encounter during authentication in the article I cannot log in to my Skeepers Feedback Management account.

After 5 consecutive failed login attempts (username, password, or domain in the case of SSO), an automatic security mechanism temporarily suspends access by blocking the IP address for 30 minutes. During this time, any login attempt will display the error message mentioned above.

Since this is a security measure, the suspension affects everyone sharing the same IP address. In an organization, multiple people may be blocked at the same time. If the block persists, contact Skeepers Support by precising your username, organization and IP address.
