What is a feedback import ?

With the feedback import feature, you can automatically or manually import feedbacks into a previously created campaign.

This tool addresses several needs (tool or Skeepers account migration, feedback corrections, test analysis display). It is possible to perform a one-time feedback import or configure recurring import automation with two different integrations.

This article presents the different possibilities you can implement on your account thanks to our dedicated article : How to import feedbacks into a survey.

It is not possible to import feedbacks that are older than 2 years or dated prior to the creation of your Skeepers Feedback Management account.

Manual feedback import

For occasional manual feedback imports, go to the 'Settings' section in the left sidebar of your Skeepers solution. Navigate to the 'Campaigns' category and click on 'Feedback Import'.

Automatic feedback import via FTP

For automatic, recurring feedback imports using FTP flow, access the target campaign and click on the settings wheel. Then, click on the 'Settings' button that appears and go to the 'Feedback Import' section.

 

Automatic feedback import via Skeepers API

Finally, for automatic, recurring feedback imports using API calls, you must first properly configure the Skeepers API (more information here). Once the set-up is operational, set up a specific POST API call precised in our API documentation here.
