The Skeepers Feedback Management solution can interact with many other platforms in your work environment.
You can connect Skeepers to TrustPilot via a connected application. Its installation is quick and accessible to everyone. This integration allows you to use mapping to automatically transfer respondent information to TrustPilot, making it easier to submit reviews.
Learn how to configure this integration by following these steps.
Usage
The TrustPilot connected application simplifies your post-feedback actions by transferring variables and feedbacks directly from Skeepers to the TrustPilot review submission page. This prevents respondents from re-entering their information if it has already been mapped in the connector.
This integration also unlocks access to the post-feedback action "Redirect to TrustPilot":
If you have not subscribed to the optional TrustPilot module required for data transfer from external tools to TrustPilot, we recommend not proceeding with this integration. Instead, opt for a redirection action to the URL of your TrustPilot review submission page.
We explain how to set up an automatic redirection to TrustPilot at the end of a survey, with or without mapping, in the article Redirect a respondent to TrustPilot to leave a review.
Alternatively, to randomly redirect your respondents to either a Google or TrustPilot review page, you can use random conditioning to distribute the requests. For this, we detail the procedure in the article Configure random elements in your campaigns.
Accessibility
- The TrustPilot connected application is available to everyone upon request.

- Once your account permissions are activated, follow the integration steps described in this article to connect TrustPilot to Skeepers.
Requirements
- Subscribed to the optional TrustPilot module for data sharing ("Connect")
- Logged in as an administrator of your TrustPilot instance
- Logged in as a user that has the right "Account settings" on your Skeepers instance
Connecting to TrustPilot
From the "Settings" tab in the left sidebar of the platform, go to the "Integrations" section and then "Available applications".
Using the search bar on the right, look for "TrustPilot" and click the "Integrate" button.
Then, add a new managed authentication. Name this new authentication, complete the domain name, the authentication key, and the encryption key. Then click the "Test connection" button followed by "Save".
The various security keys can be retrieved from your TrustPilot instance (more information on the TrustPilot site).
Authentication is now set up.
Mapping configuration
By configuring mapping, you can define the data you wish to transfer from Skeepers to TrustPilot if you have subscribed to the dedicated option from TrustPilot.
To do so, go to the "Mappings" tab of your new TrustPilot connected application and click the "Add new mapping" button.
Next, name this new mapping. It should reflect its purpose (example : review submission for brand A, etc.). Then, select the newly created authentication in the "Authentication" field. Mapping fields must then be added and completed based on the variables you wish to transfer from Skeepers to TrustPilot. The elements in the "Internal object" column correspond to variables in Skeepers (attributes, tags, answers, etc.), while those in the "External field" column correspond to the information and fields in TrustPilot.
The "Transformation" field is only required in very specific cases where the data must be altered to fit a precise format (e.g., transforming a phone number starting with "+336XXXXXXXX" into "06XXXXXXXX").
Press the "Save" button once everything is in order.
