How to Use AI Feedback Insights Advanced?
No specific configuration is necessary. The feature is automatically available on dashboards that meet the following conditions:
- The account permission AI Feedback Insights Advanced (
aiFeedbackInsights.advanced) is enabled. - A raw data table is present.
- At least one open-ended question (verbatim) is configured.
- An active semantic analysis is in place (external partner or semi-automatic).
Once these conditions are met, the AI Feedback Insights Advanced button appears directly on the dashboard.
To display the results, simply follow these steps:
- From the raw data table, click the

- Select the campaign and the question(s) to analyze.
- Apply desired filters (period, segment, geographic area, etc.).
- Click

Selection and Launch of Analysis

Overall Summary and Tab Navigation
AI Feedback Insights Advanced generates an overall summary of all selected verbatims, allowing you to quickly grasp major trends.
The results are then organized into three distinct tabs:

- Weaknesses: recurring irritants and areas for improvement.
- Opportunities: concrete ideas to evolve the customer experience.
Detailed Thematic Insights
Each insight includes:
- A clear and concise thematic title.

Reuse and Sharing
