AI Feedback Insights Advanced

AI Feedback Insights Advanced is the enhanced evolution of the AI Feedback Insights feature. Designed for customers with structured semantic analysis, it transforms large volumes of qualified verbatim feedback into actionable, granular, and immediately usable insights.

AI Feedback Insights Advanced allows you to structure results as individual thematic insights, each associated with a sentiment score, a volume of verbatims, and concrete examples from the field.

Initial availability: in the first phase, this feature is reserved for customers with semantic analysis generated via an external partner (e.g., Synapse) or through semi-automatic analysis.

Key Features

Selection and Launch of Analysis

Select a campaign and one or more questions containing customer verbatims. Apply filters to focus the analysis on a specific scope (period, segment, geographic area, etc.).

Then launch an advanced AI analysis with a single click on qualitative feedback enriched by an existing semantic taxonomy without prior technical configuration.

Multi-campaign analysis is not yet available. The analysis must be launched on one campaign at a time.

Overall Summary and Tab Navigation

AI Feedback Insights Advanced generates an overall summary of all selected verbatims, allowing you to quickly grasp major trends.

The results are then organized into three distinct tabs:

  • Strengths: what your customers appreciate most.
  • Weaknesses: recurring irritants and areas for improvement.
  • Opportunities: concrete ideas to evolve the customer experience.
The results are now consistent from one analysis to another, regardless of applied filters, campaign scope, or verbatim volume.

Detailed Thematic Insights

Each insight includes:

  • A clear and concise thematic title.
  • A sentiment score (e.g., 68% Positive).
  • An associated volume of verbatims (e.g., 123/837).
  • A concise description of the identified theme.
  • An illustrative verbatim excerpt from the field.

Reuse and Sharing

All insights can be easily copied and pasted into your reports, presentations, or internal action plans.

The suggestions generated by AI are recommendations and always require human validation before any decision is made.

FAQ

What type of data does AI Feedback Insights Advanced analyze?

The feature analyzes only qualitative data with your customers’ open-ended comments (verbatims). It relies on the client’s existing semantic structure (external partner or semi-automatic) to enhance the granularity and accuracy of generated insights. Quantitative data (scores, ratings, NPS, CSAT) are not taken into account.

What is the difference from AI Feedback Insights (standard version)?

The standard version generates an overall free-text summary organized into strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities. The Advanced version structures results as individual thematic insights, each associated with a sentiment score, volume, and illustrative example. Results are organized into three distinct tabs and allow direct access to verbatims associated with each insight.

What does the sentiment score displayed on each insight represent?

Each insight shows a sentiment percentage (e.g., 68% Positive) along with an associated volume (e.g., 123/837). These indicators allow you to quickly assess the proportion of verbatims carrying a positive or negative sentiment on that specific theme, as well as its weight within all analyzed feedback.

If I rerun the same analysis, will I get exactly the same results?

Not necessarily. Each AI analysis is generated dynamically. While major trends and key insights will remain consistent, the exact wording or structure may vary slightly from one generation to another.

Is there a limit to the number of AI analyses per user?

No. There is no limit to the number of analyses a user can run. You are free to explore your feedback data from as many angles as you wish.

Does AI Feedback Insights Advanced replace existing semantic analysis?

No. AI Feedback Insights Advanced builds on existing semantic analysis to enrich the results but does not replace it. Both features are complementary and address different use cases.

Can I share the insights generated by AI?

Yes. All insights can be easily copied and reused in your internal documents, presentations, or collaborative tools.
