All you have to do is give your new broadcast a name.

Finally, click save.

Triggering your broadcast

Now, you can define the different triggering conditions of your broadcast.

The structure of triggers always consists of two parts: "If" and "Then"

Step 2 Add conditions "IF"

To add one or more conditions (or sub-conditions) and set their connections between them.

The connections between conditions are:

  • And = all conditions must be met for the trigger to occur.
  • Or = if one of the conditions is valid, the trigger will occur.

Click on "Add a new condition".

The available conditions appear.

These conditions are described in this article: How to create a broadcast on your website?

Once your triggering conditions are chosen, you can now define the action that will apply.

Step 3 Configure the action "THEN"

Select the action by clicking on "Add a new action".

The configuration criteria for your survey are displayed.

Select the target element

Specify the element into which the survey will be integrated in the "Target DOM element selector" field. Use CSS 3 selection expressions to designate the elements of your website: CSS 3 Selector

The "display" property of this target element must be set to "none" before Skeepers triggers the display.

Manage the display of the first question

Regarding the display of the first question, it corresponds by default to the design defined in your broadcast. To override the design of this first question, check Yes for "Override HTML/CSS code".

The panel appears:

You can directly enter your HTML and/or CSS code in the dedicated input space.

Click on "Apply changes" to see the result.

Click on the "Revert to default code" icon to revert to the default HTML and CSS.

Confirm the configuration window when it suits you.

Once your selection is made, don't forget to save your scenarios by clicking on "Save scenarios" before changing the page.

________

Once your Broadcast is properly configured, all you have to do is click on the green blue button.

A confirmation message appears. Your deployment is now active on your website.

Automatically your Campaign status changes to "Live".

Note that the information on the number of solicitations (the number of times the survey is displayed on a visitor's page) is not available on the platform for this type of broadcast.
To track this information, you can, however, rely on your Analytics tools.
