To meet the many internal and client communication needs, Skeepers offers preconfigured, easy-to-access and editable email templates, as well as a fully customizable blank template.
If you want to launch a survey deployment via email, or automate email alerts or notifications, this article is for you.
Accessibility
With the appropriate rights, go to the 'Settings' section in the platform's left sidebar. Then select 'Email Templates' under the 'GENERAL' section.
On this page, you will see the list of all email templates available in your organization’s account.
If you do not have access to the 'Settings' section, please contact your local administrator and ask to be granted the "Account Settings" user right.
Manage your account’s email templates
From your account Settings, you can browse your list of email templates, create new ones, and also edit, duplicate or delete existing templates.
You cannot delete an email template that is still active in a campaign or has already been sent.
- Click the Edit
button next to a specific template to access and modify it.
- Click the
button to start designing a new email template from a prebuilt Skeepers model or a blank template.
Select an email template with the appropriate layout
Skeepers’ predefined templates are based on a compilation of marketing best practices from our long-time clients, helping you save time and boost your performance through the platform.
These email templates are easily editable according to your use cases and needs. Since they offer a certain level of customization, we also give you the option to create your own templates from blank layouts.

Some email templates do not contain an unsubscribe link because they are sent directly by the platform via the address no-reply@sender-mfb.com.
Configure an email template
Configuration on one of the pre-recorded templates for accessing a survey
After choosing from the 5 pre-recorded Skeepers templates the one that best suits your needs, start configuring the template in the 'Edit' tab.
First, fill in the email template name. It should be descriptive and unique to easily identify it in the list of templates displayed in the settings and when using it in a campaign.
The email subject is fully customizable by you. Click here to view marketing recommendations for writing a good email subject by our integrated sending provider MailJet.
We recommend selecting the original language of the email template now so you can translate the template later if needed (see the translation steps here).
For the email content, we invite you to first remove the "Your logo here" box to drag and drop your own organization logo.
The rest of the email body can be customized according to your organization’s standards.
By selecting text content, you can format it and add a hyperlink if needed by clicking the chain symbol "Link".
If you select text and click the square symbol with a line through it "Add a button", the text will turn into a button. You can then customize its formatting (color, size, alignment) and add a redirect link using the chain symbol "Link".
In the email body, you cannot resize images. We recommend uploading them to the platform at the appropriate size and format. Supported formats are PNG, JPG, GIF, and SVG. The maximum visual size is 30KB.
Now, in the 'Advanced Settings' tab, you can first complete the plain text version of the email template. Completing it ensures optimal readability and accessibility for everyone.
You will then only have to fill in the sender name of the email.
The "From this email" field refers to the sender address of your communication. The optional "Reply-to email" field designates the email address that will continue the exchange with the recipient if they respond to your communication.

By default, emails are sent by the platform via the address no-reply@sender-mfb.com.
Do not modify the sender address right away without proper configuration.
If you want to customize the sender address, we invite you to contact your Customer Success Manager or your Skeepers sales contact to request an email subdomain delegation.
Don’t forget to save your creation or changes by clicking the button.

After selecting "Create your own blank template", start configuring the blank template in the 'Edit' tab.
