How to add or modify questions

Building a survey involves adding elements. This is how you will enrich your survey with questions.

To add elements (questions), you must first create a campaign.
How do I create my survey?

Add an Element

  1. To easily add a question in one of your campaigns, click on the button .
  2. Then select the element that best matches your needs (you can check the list of available elements in the user guide under the "Add elements" section).
  3. Then simply select the desired element from the list:

For example, you can add an NPS question.

Edit an Element

  1. To edit a question, simply click on its frame. You will then access the different settings specific to your question.
  2. Then save your changes.

Don't forget to  your survey.

Types of Edits

When editing a question already in production, two different scenarios must be considered:

Minor Edits

If you simply want to correct a spelling mistake or slightly rephrase the text, you can make this edit directly. It will automatically be applied to the ongoing deployment, with no interruption.

Major Edits

However, if you plan to significantly change the question (for example, by modifying the rating scale), it is essential to add a new page containing the updated version just after the "Thank You" page, as shown in the image below. This ensures that previously collected responses are preserved and your data remains consistent.
