How to activate a campaign and its deployment

Once your campaign is ready and configured, you can activate your deployment.

You created your campaign by following our article: Create my survey or by using one of our templates, but you don’t know how to activate it?

Activate a campaign and a deployment

First, go to the Campaigns menu:

  • Edit the desired campaign (currently in draft status).

Here we select the "NPS February" campaign:

  • Navigate to the "Deployments" tab:

  • If you already have a deployment attached to your campaign, edit it:

  • If you have not yet attached a deployment to the campaign, click on the "Create a new deployment" button:

  • If you have already created a deployment but it does not appear in the list, click on "Attach existing deployment(s)":

  • Once your deployment is properly configured, simply click on the "Activate" button.

  • A confirmation message appears:

Your campaign is automatically set to "Live" status!

Hide feedback URLs

The "Hide feedback URLs" option is now available to enhance the security of your data by controlling access to feedback via links.

When enabled, this option allows you to completely disable access to feedback via URL, including through existing or reconstructed links.

You can configure this option in the campaign settings or at the deployment level. Once enabled, feedback URLs are removed from:

  • the feedback preview in the back office
  • data exports
  • email notifications (internal and respondents)
  • CRM integrations and external tools
  • dashboards.

This option is disabled by default and does not impact your existing workflows unless it is activated.

To enable this option, simply go to the campaign settings:
