Segments allow you to define the different populations of respondents for your surveys. In other words, you can choose to split your participants, for example based on your campaigns, their deployments, your objectives, your marketing targets [...]
You can create as many segments as needed in order to be as precise as possible when analyzing the responses collected for each of your campaigns.
Create segments
Let’s take an example. You have just launched a post-purchase satisfaction survey campaign online, targeting your customers. To define your respondent population, you could create the segment “Online post-purchase”.
Let’s see how to create this segment:
- From the side menu, navigate to Tracking > Segments,
- Then click on
,
-
Name your segment.
- You can add existing attributes from your account and link them to your segment (learn more about attributes).
- Don’t forget to click
.
You can duplicate, edit, or delete them at any time from the “Segments” page.
